How can you be so sure that it will provide so many features?

Cargo Connexion™ is the result of over a whole year of intensive R&D in GCIS's laboratories. Before setting out to draw the initial plans of our unique B2B platform, we wanted to be 100% certain that it would fully meet all the needs of the trucking industry.

So we visited over 20 companies in the Montreal, Quebec area. Some were large companies, established for over 40 years, with more than 500 employees. Others were medium-size companies, and some were small operations, with less than 15 employees. They all liked our original idea in building such a powerful B2B application.

We set out to ask as many questions as we could think of. Additionally, we asked them what, in their best opinion, would be the most-wanted features they would like to see in such an important tool. They were all unanimous: our application had to be easy to use, flexible, scalable and should cost a reasonable price. The end result is a truly unique, flexible, easy-to-use, secure and low-cost Internet B2B application that significantly increases the ROI (Return on Investment) of any trucking company.

How much does Cargo Connexion™ costs?

Cargo Connexion™ only costs $ 299 a month for one workstation. This cost includes everything. All you need to operate Cargo Connexion™ is a regular Pentium II (or higher) computer and a regular Internet connection. A low-cost dialup phone modem at 56k is ok too, although if you have a high-speed connection, the platform will of course be faster. We also have reduced-rate packages for longer-term benefits and savings if desired. Also included in this cost is all of the technical support, maintenance and regular updates.

Can we buy Cargo Connexion™ instead of leasing it?

No. You can only lease it. Cargo Connexion™ is an ASP (Application Service Provider) plan, so you can lease it, but you can't buy it.

Does Cargo Connexion™ require any training?

Not really, since it takes most people only about 30 minutes in understanding how it works. However, if needed, one of our technicians will be happy to provide your company and dispatchers free training on your premises.

How long does it take to sign up?

Less than 5 minutes. Also, we will be happy to provide your company with a free 30-day trial period. We are convinced that if you try it free for 30 days, you will never want to go back to work without it!

Can brokers use Cargo Connexion™?

Absolutely! Cargo Connexion™ was designed specifically for transportation brokers and dispatchers. Once you are connected to Cargo Connexion™, everybody will benefit and be able to "trade". Cargo Connexion™ can best be defined as the "stock exchange of the trucking industry", where brokers, trucking companies, shipping companies, manufacturers and distributors can all use the power, flexibility and versatility of Cargo Connexion™.
